Shima Hosting, a division of Shima Holdings, provides web hosting, domains, and web development services in South Africa.
What we collect
Account details (name, email, phone, company), the services and domains you order, invoices and payments, and support communications. We collect this to provide and bill for our services.
How we use it
To deliver your hosting and services, process payments (via PayFast), provide support, send service and billing notifications, and meet legal and tax obligations. We do not sell your personal information.
Storage & security
Your data is hosted in South Africa and protected with reasonable technical and organisational measures, including encryption in transit and access controls.
Your rights (POPIA)
You may access, correct, or request deletion of your personal information at any time. Logged-in clients can download all their data or request deletion from Account → Your data. Otherwise, contact us via the quote/contact form.
