Services

Shima Hosting provides web hosting, domain registration, and web development services. Service specifics and limits are described in the relevant plan.

Billing

Hosting is billed monthly and domains annually, in advance. All prices are shown excluding VAT unless stated. Renewal invoices are issued before the renewal date and are payable within the stated period. Non-payment may result in suspension.

Domains

Domain registrations are subject to the rules of the relevant registry (e.g. ZADNA for .co.za). Availability shown during search is indicative and confirmed at registration.

Acceptable use

You may not use our services for unlawful content, spam, or activity that harms our infrastructure or other clients.

Cancellation

You may cancel a service at any time; it remains active until the end of the paid period. Fees already paid are non-refundable unless required by law.

Liability

We aim for high uptime and keep automated backups, but provide services on a reasonable-effort basis. Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the affected service.
